Follow the installation instructions to upgrade/install the application.
The css stylesheets have been changed also and need to be replaced by those provided in the package qtg3.zip (or qtg3_skins.zip)

Technical tips:
Version 3.0 uses HTML5, CSS3. The optional mapping functions uses Google Map API v3.
The application skins are configured to support majors navigators including tablet and small screen mobile devices.
