CHANGE LOG FOR QUICKTALK GUESTBOOK 2.0

Since verison 1.7, all php files have been changed.
Follow the installation instructions to upgrade/install the application.
The css stylesheets have been changed also and need to be replaced by those provided in the package qtg2.zip (or qtg2_skins.zip)
